Meet Our team

Hello! My name is Nikki LeClaire, and I have been serving as a case manager for almost 6 years throughout my decade long career in the nonprofit world. My work has ranged from parent education to domestic violence and sexual assault intervention and now working for people living with HIV/AIDs. I am thrilled to join the Harm Reduction Sisters team here in Duluth, MN! I was born in California as a second generation Mexican-American, and I grew up in the Cherokee Nation Reservation of Northeastern Oklahoma. I have experienced violence, homelessness and I am 10 years sober from drug use. The paths that made me who I am today compel me to continue on a journey of healing and community stewardship. This work is extremely meaningful to me, and it is a privilege to help weave a better future in the communities we serve!
