brad ray

Dr. Brad Ray is a Senior Researcher at RTI International with a PhD in Sociology and Anthropology who conducts research on drug policy and harm reduction strategies. His training includes quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and he has been principal investigator on research grants across the country, including Duluth. He has conducted randomized trials, integrated data to identify overdose touchpoints, and studied the implementation of evidence-based harm reduction strategies among people who use drugs.
