Meet Our Board Members

 Xavier Doane has served the Twin Ports in various ways, including utilizing his skills and experience to enhance and improve local missions by contributing to discussions, bringing ideas to foster connection with the Northland community, and advocating for organizational change that would change peoples' lives for the better. He has several years of human resource and office management experience, and has recently opened a consulting agency focused on connecting LGBTQ+ people with organizations that proudly display their support for them in the workplace and also how those places can find the voices they want to uplift the most. He will continue to spark discussions and bring change wherever life takes him, in and out of the office!
